Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment or production. If cancelled timely, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests after shipping cannot be accepted.

Returns Policy (if applicable)
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Returned products must be unused, in the original state and packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are charged once only (including return shipping), and there is no restocking fee.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a set number of days.
